It's definition is:

Any individual earning an income that provides a service as follows:

Explores, researches and actively takes part by introducing, assisting with organizing, re-decorating (with the use of existing belongings), inventorying, creating a harmonious environment, and utilizing  knowledge gained from gathered information. The “Optimizer™” consults/councils, helps customize and/or organize the client(s) lifestyle and/or home/business to an optimum level on a case by case basis for the client(s).

Webster's Dictionary definitions of:

optimize, -mized, -mizing to be given optimism ―vt.  to make the most of; develop or realize to the utmost extent; obtain the most efficient or optimum use of ―optimization n.

Consultant n. 1 a person who consults with another or others 2 an expert who is called on for professional or technical advice or opinions
